I was hit by a car at eight. Nobody talked about it. Neither did I.

The memory buried itself for thirty years. What it left behind: a nervous system running at anomalous frequency, a body accumulating damage nobody connected to its source, and an extraordinary sensitivity to systems, people, and patterns that I had no framework to understand.

Forty-six years old before the clinical picture finally assembled: centralized sensitization, cervical spondylosis, a restructured spine operating at maximum output for decades without diagnosis. The body kept the score.

In the gap between impact and recovery I built something unintentionally — a complete first-person map of what it means to hit a ceiling that isn’t a mindset problem. That isn’t laziness. That isn’t lack of information. That is a substrate that cannot receive what is being handed to it.

I’ve had twenty-five trips to Accra. Thirteen years of program development. World-class mentorship. The methodology was flawless. The results kept plateauing. Not because the system was wrong. Because the substrate wasn’t ready to hold it.

That is the limitation nobody names. And it is the only one that actually matters.

I didn’t study this. I lived it from inside. That’s the only reason I know how to close the gap — because I spent decades being it.
