The stacking circuit
The full circuit, run daily, for seven days. Complete one challenge and the next loads automatically — 7 becomes 14, 14 becomes 21, and the stack itself becomes the practice. The more challenges you complete, the more the system integrates. That is not a metaphor. That is the mechanism.
One mark per day. The system accepts nothing faster — the substrate does not reward intensity. It rewards repetition. The practice either ran or it didn’t. Not mostly. Not partially.
Every rung is one completed challenge — seven marked days. 21 days is the build threshold. Twenty-six challenges is 182 days — the six-month lock. The full arc runs on the same map the doctrine has always named: 21 days to build, 6 months to lock, 2+ years to integrate at the individual level. The ladder does not care how fast you climb it. It only counts what you actually marked.
