You arrive with a limitation. You leave with it named, confronted, and a seven-day circuit in hand to finish the work. The session opens on the floor - two intentions, spoken - moves through the sequences, and seals with the Sovereyn 7-Day Challenge: the full circuit, run daily, on your own.

Nothing is recorded for replay. The room is the mechanism. If you are not in it, it did not happen to you.

Bring three things: water, a blank pad, and a writing instrument. That is the complete equipment list.
